The Book Thief by: Markus Zusak

A great book, set in WWII this book faces the hard facts about the holocauslt and Hilter's power. You will also read about young love and a girl who loves to read (which is strange for that time with all the book burnings) all through the eyes of death himself. I give it a 9.5 out of 10, I would not read it too young however for you most likely not be able to make some connections.
